How Good Can it Get?

I love to start each day with a heartfelt longing to know and experience
how good this day can be. I take a meditative moment to feel how this
question invites positive possibilities, before I dive into the day's
activities. In these first meditative moments, I can gain a sense of how I
am feeling when I think this question, and notice whether I feel any
tension or resistance while inviting this day to be the best me and my day,
and all of us. I know from experience (and notes and comparisons between
days when I started the day with this question, and days when I didn't)
that my day is already off to a great start, simply because I remembered to
ask, “How good can it get?”
One of the most radical attitudes we can adopt is one of optimism, and
asking such an open-ended question as, “How good can it
get?” provides us with an opportunity to recognize golden
opportunities when they arise. Rather than fixating on or 'locking in'
some less-desirable possible day, we can instead focus our attention and
intention on experiencing the best that life has to offer on this day. A
beautiful transformative process begins by shifting the vista of what had
been considered within reach for the day, into an aura of positive
expectation, where every good surprise is now officially welcomed and
Ideally, this first question of the day can be asked at the start of every
day, and not just days that are more likely to go well. I've asked this
question on days when I have felt sad, anxious, unsettled, or angry, and
not only on days when I already awakened feeling “bright-eyed
and bushy-tailed.” On those days when I've felt a bit off, I
took some extra time to relax and allowed myself to breathe deeply and
fully, embracing the sense of positive expectation that naturally arrives
with this optimistic question, “How good can it get.”
I breathed into whatever tension I might have been feeling in my heart or
my gut, and provided myself with some time and space to relax, entering
into a more open-minded, open-hearted attitude where I could subsequently
more likely receive blessings and gifts of positivity. Which I did!
I've also asked this question on days when I began my day feeling happy,
relaxed and joyful. On those days, I've savored the experience of feeling
the extra turbo-charge energetic boost that comes from asking,
“How good can it get?”
In one elegantly simple question, we can individually and collectively
positively transform the world. Part of my beauty in only asking questions
that I truly would love to live the answers to is that I can directly
experience the majestic wonder and joy of interacting with 'the
participatory universe' that physicist John Archibald Wheeler
described—such that when we ask Nature a question, Nature
answers. We can practice only asking the question we want the answer to,
by prefacing any question with, “How good can it get. .

Interpreting Mandela Effects
and meeting a Guardian of Time and Space

Are Mandela Effects trying to tell us something? How can we hear the
message? When we start from the philosophical point of view that the Cosmos
springs fundamentally from consciousness, we can then imagine that we might
expect that we are in constant communication with All That Is. This
communication happens via our thoughts and feelings, which are constantly
engaged in receiving answers to questions that we often don’t
even realize that we have asked. When we learn that we are
constantly engaged in asking Nature questions, and that we are receiving
answers in the form of events unfolding in our lives, we can bring this
conversation out of the subconscious and into the light of conscious
awareness. This past month, I received a question from someone asking me if
there might be a message in Reality Shifts and Mandela effects that can
often seem quite random. we sometimes notice things that disappear,
and then show up again, or we might notice that they change their color.
This person asked me, “Is that some kind of message from
the universe? Because I cannot figure out the message when these
things occur on a personal level.” I love this question very
much, because it gets to the core of this beautiful conversation that we
can start to begin we are having with nature. Sometimes we can
immediately discern some kind of message from a reality shift or personal
Mandela effect, and other times, it’s not quite so obvious.
Mandela Effect Dream Symbol Interpretation One thing I recommend doing, is
starting a practice of documenting and analyzing your dreams. The reason
for this, is that it develops a mindset for interpreting real time symbolic
conversation with the cosmos. While real-time symbolic conversation is the
end goal, actually, it’s enough just to make progress in terms
of recognizing the kind of symbolic conversation that we are constantly
having with the world. As I point out in my book, Reality Shifts,
reality and life truly is like a dream. Put another way, we can
view it as being a simulation, where material things and events spring
forth from hidden, unseen consciousness. For this kind of dream
analysis, I recommend doing our own dream symbol interpretation, rather
than looking up dream symbols in dream symbol reference books. The reason
for this, is that each one of us is very unique, with particular subjective
meanings that likely don’t exactly match with anyone else. You
can start analyzing Mandela Effects by doing a dream analysis approach that
includes the following four steps: writing a descriptive narrative;
listing relevant symbols; free-associating meanings for relevant symbols;
and reconstructing a new symbolic narrative. With practice, this

In the January 2023 IMEC (International Mandela Effect
Conference) Open Tables livestream show, we witnessed an amazing Mandela
Effect phenomena with Open AI's ChatGPT. Watch this short video till the
end to discover what it was. What does this mean? We're not sure, but it
was a fun experience as the AI attempts to learn. ChatGPT is an AI chatbot
launched by OpenAI in November 2022. It is built on top of OpenAI's GPT-3
family of large language models, and is fine-tuned with both supervised and
reinforcement learning techniques.
Layered VS Jumbled Small Intestine Mandela
I was watching YouTube, and noticed a video showing an image
of the intestines. To my delight, the intestines were in a 'jumbled'
arrangement again, rather than neatly layered as they seem to have been for
the past three years or so. I googled images of intestines, and sure
enough they are now back to being jumbled. If it was never the case for
you that they went from jumbled to layered, then back to jumbled again, you
may wonder what I'm talking about. Do you remember the small
intestine changing? I shared the information about the intestinal changes
on a Facebook group called Mandela Effect Residue Armory, and someone did
respond saying that they had noticed too. Also, a couple of years ago I
read (can't remember the book title), that someone had noticed the
intestines had gone from a 'spaghetti type mess' to the neat zig zag
arrangement. I was fascinated when I googled images to see for myself. I've
always known them to be in the jumbled form. For the last couple of years
anytime I saw an image of the intestines, they've always been neat, so it
was fun to see them back to 'spaghetti' again. I'm particularly interested
in human biology Mandela's, and another one that fascinates me is how our
wrist pulse went from being in the centre of the wrist to now being on the
edge of the wrist, parallel to the thumb. With regards to the pulse, do
you still find yours in the centre of your wrist? I cannot—I can
only find it on the edge. However, for most of my life I always found it in
the centre. It's not there anymore. I'd be interested in your
thoughts on this.
Note from Cynthia: Thank you for pointing out this Mandela Effect
flip-flop between the small intestine going from being jumbled to neat and
orderly, and now back to jumbled again. I had seen an example or
two over the past few years of the intestines looking neatly laid out, but
this hadn't grabbed my attention. I didn't take the time back when
I noticed it to see whether that had become the new norm. And today
when I look at images of the human small intestine, I see many layouts and
images--mostly jumbled, but a couple looking neat and orderly. This
is very intriguing! With regard to taking the pulse, I've seen
people take the pulse on the wrist near the thumb, but I'd always taken my
pulse more at the center of my wrist (though I don't take my pulse very
often). I used to be able to find my pulse at the center of my wrist if I
really tried, but now I have trouble finding it anywhere near there.
I can find y pulse now most easily on the side of my neck below my ear, and
just under my jawline. I realize that's not the standard place to
check, but it works for me!
Missing Nose Clips Return, Neatly Stacked

I'm just now getting to read the December newsletter because
on Dec. 21st (and I also just noticed that was the same day the last
IMEC livestream was held!) I had an emergency cornea transplant done that
saved my vision. The doctor was able to fit me in just before the holiday.
Merry Christmas indeed. I'm still processing the experience, to be honest.
I feel that the sudden degradation of sight and the miraculous solution
that presented itself has changed my life. I'm not sure how yet, but I can
certainly feel it. Your eyeglass story also reminded me of an incident I
had with disappearing items during the past month. I wear magnetic nose
clips when I sleep to alleviate a snoring issue I have. Of course, I always
lose them. Well, I lost two in quick succession and was a bit perturbed.
But since I have back-ups, I just did what I've seen you suggest in the
newsletter and said out loud, "Please return these to me, no questions
asked. Thanks!" Time went by. I moved on. Several weeks later, I was making
the bed and right there on my side were both of the missing clips. They
were stacked, Cynthia, in a neat little pile. I mean, come on. (haha)! Who
could ask for anything more than that? As always, thank you so much for
the light you shine in this world. It is definitely appreciated!

Aretha Franklin Mandela Effect residue
I thought I would share some interesting residue that I
stumbled across today as I was deleting my Twitter account. I was going
through all of my posts to see if there was anything that I wanted to keep
and I found this post from 2020 about Aretha Franklin. It caught my eye
because when I originally saw this, I knew it was a Mandela Effect right
away because I remembered it happening years before this. Sure enough when
I click the link, the page doesn't exist anymore. But when I search for
when she passed, it is listed as August 16, 2018. I have been coming across
residue more and more lately. I wonder if this is an indication of changes
in the matrix?

documenting observation of a news article on Yahoo in December 2020,
reporting Aretha Franklin's death—even though current historical
records as of today show that she died in August 2018, two years earlier.
Wow! Yes, I agree with you that there does seem to be something of
significance regarding your observing more frequent examples of this kind
of 'residue' showing what some of us remember to be true, that is different
from what historical records currently show to be true. Thank you so very

with you, and sharing a message in what they are (your name, your dog name
and breed, your clock, wall art, the blue sky and clouds). If you
wish to, you can write down these matching elements, and then do some free
association for each one, to see what comes to mind for you--this kind of
message from the Cosmos can be quite inspirational and uplifting!

I wish to ask you about a little puzzle I am experiencing,
the latest one yesterday.
Things that disappear and then show up again, and also
personal Mandela effects: for example a red vacuum-cleaner that
suddenly is blue and similar things. Is that some kind of a
personal message from the Universe or my higher I? Because I cannot
figure out the message when these things occur on a personal level.

Sometimes we can immediately discern some kind of message from a reality
shift or personal Mandela effect, and other times, it’s not
quite so obvious. One thing I recommend doing, is starting a
practice of documenting and analyzing your dreams. The reason for this, is
that it develops a mindset for interpreting real time symbolic conversation
with the cosmos. Well, real time symbolic conversation would be more of the
end goal, actually. It’s enough just to make progress in terms
of recognizing the kind of symbolic conversation that you are constantly
having with the world. For such a dream analysis, I recommend
doing your own dream symbol interpretation. The reason for this, is that
each one of us is very unique, with particular subjective meanings that
likely don’t exactly match with anyone else. you can do
a four step dream analysis by: one, write a narrative of your dream. Two,
on several fresh pieces of paper, start writing just one keyword at a time
on the far left side, leaving leaving lots of space. Three comma go back to
that list of words from step two, and do free association brainstorming for
each key word, writing everything that comes to mind for you in
relationship to that word. four, covering over the words from step two,
read through all of the free association words from step three, and build a
completely new narrative. The reason I recommend practicing this for step
dream analysis method, is for you to start gaining a deeper sense of your
personal ongoing conversation with reality. When I receive
first-hand reality shift reports, one of the things I do when documenting
them is right back and forth to the experiencer, to find out what they were
thinking and feeling at various times. Extraordinary realizations
can happen from going through these experiences with an eye toward thoughts
and feelings at various point along the way.

I've not (yet) seen reports of crime statistics around the USA and the
world, but I have seen various places reporting crime either increasing or
decreasing. And some types of crime, such as cyber crime, are on
the increase, as cyber criminals exploit changes in technology and security
loopholes. There is upheaval happening in the world now, as people
are feeling uncertainty, stress, and lack of support from long-trusted
organizations and entities they'd been counting on--and it makes sense to
me that in such times of uncertainty and stress, people are vulnerable to

time in my life and since learning it’s been missing, I

One of the best things we can do for those we love is to practice attaining
a state of inner peace, and sending love and positive intentions and
healing prayer from that calm, balanced, peaceful state. During
these times of sending positive energy, it's best to hold a strong
intention that you and they are experiencing and living the answer to "How
good can it get?" Any time you find yourself feeling stressed or worried
about the situation is a great time to practice clearing away anxious or
fearful thoughts and feelings, and practicing moving your state of mind and
focused awareness into highest states of gratitude and reverence.
