How Good Can it Get?

See Beauty and Find Love

"The Divine is present in everyone, in all beings, in everything.
Like space it is everywhere, all pervading, all powerful, all knowing.
The Divine is the principle of Life, the inner light of consciousness,
and pure bliss--it is our very own Self."
― Amma (Mata Amritanandamayi Devi)

We are gifted with the ability to be able to see beauty in every moment, and find love everywhere. And if this seems outrageous to you or even a bit absurd, try a simple experiment of looking at yourself as if you were an angel looking down with loving eyes at you, and describe what's happening in your life at this very moment from such a vantage point. In this flash of insight from uplifted perspective, it's possible for me right now to describe such a 'view from above' of what's happening as I type these words. Such a higher awareness perspective of this moment in my life would go something like this:
Cynthia types on her laptop, occasionally gazing out the window to stare at how strange the garden looks under this morning's oddly yellow-orange sky. Cynthia is calm and relaxed, feeling tremendous sense of connection with people who she's not seen in person now for quite some time. She takes an occasional sip of coffee, and looks out a different window, looking far off in the distance, searching for any hint of possible blue sky. She knows with patience and love, blue skies will be back at some point, once all the smoke from the west coast fires clear away.

I get a sense when reading this perspective that it feels like it contains greater depth of perspective and more information than just what is going on in here with me in this moment in space and time. This deeper perspective feels hopeful and wise. It also feels a lot like a meta-message for all of us who may be facing various dark skies of our own. Blue skies will be coming, and in the meantime, we can gaze in amazement at whatever strange things might now be unfolding.

Cynthia Sue Larson editing next book
Thanks for your patience with me as I am even a bit slower than usual to respond to emails and social media posts. I am working on editing the manuscript for my next book about the Mandela Effect, and the communities of people who are finding themselves on quite an adventure with the Mandela Effect and reality shifts. And yes, I really do my editing in ink on paper, in handwriting! I find this part of the process to be most joyful for me, as I gain a sense of truly being close to the work in progress. This book will fit right in with my other books, which are also focused on consciousness and mind-matter interaction. What makes this book special is that it really is dedicated to the Mandela Effect, which has become something of a global phenomenon, and I feel very blessed and fortunate to have been tracking Mandela Effect history, science, and community for now over twenty years. For many experiencers, this is not an adventure they joined on purpose—they just started witnessing changes in reality. This book is dedicated to all Mandela Effect experients, from those who are just discovering it now, to those who have been aware of this phenomenon for decades. I don't yet have a publication date established for when this book will be available, but it is definitely moving forward steadily. I post occasional updates on this book's facebook page, if you'd like to stay completely current on its progress, you can find it on facebook called: Mandela Effect Society

I'm delighted to share my presentation from this year's International Mandela Effect Conference (IMEC), which, along with the other presentations from this event are now available for viewing on the International Mandela Effect Conference YouTube channel. My talk was on entitled, Voyage of the Mandela Effect, and I also hosted an IMEC Ladies View Panel discussion at IMEC2020 panel—and both of these are posted on the IMEC YouTube channel.

There are a couple more wonderful videos on YouTube I participated in this past month, including a panel discussion hosted by Alexis Brooks, Consciousness, Our Future, and the Metaphysical World with Anthony Peake, PMH Atwater, Mary Rodwell, Penney Peirce, and me—and a marvelous conversation with Jeff Mishlove on the New Thinking Allowed, exploring the topic: How Malleable is Reality?

My favorite question, "How good can it get?" provides an open-ended invitation to welcome inspiration, support, connection, meaning, kindness, and love into our lives. We've reliably witnessed some truly amazing reality shifts over the past twenty plus years of reporting them in RealityShifters, and any time you'd like to remind yourself of some of the remarkable changes we've witnessed, I hope you will feel free to browse through a few issues, and restore your sense of wonder.

The Voyage of the Mandela Effect
Voyage of the Mandela Effect
Cynthia Sue Larson's Presentation & Q&A at IMEC2020

Jun 24 2020
Just as Charles Darwin embarked on voyage aboard the HMS Beagle, those of us experiencing the Mandela Effect are making detailed, first-hand observations "On the Origin of Reality." Our shared observations become a body of empirical evidence into the inner workings of the Mandela Effect, providing insights into the way consciousness interacts with the physical world. Evidence is presented that can support the idea of parallel worlds, including: the Mandela Effect and alternate histories; dissociative identity and multiple personality; sudden geniuses and acquired savant syndrome; Wigner's friend experiment proves different measurements can be take at same place and same time from two different observational perspectives; and cosmic microwave background (CMB) radiation from the ANITA program.

How Malleable is Reality?
New Thinking Allowed with Jeffrey Mishlove

Aug 11 2020
Cynthia Sue Larson talks with Jeff Mishlove, host of "New Thinking Allowed," describing some astonishing insights we can glean from reviewing remarkable experiences where people met their future selves, and shares insights from recent scientific studies, providing clues for future areas of research. Here she describes unusual case histories she has been collecting for the past twenty years involving disruptions of normal reality. This includes objects suddenly appearing out of nowhere, objects disappearing and then returning, people traveling long distances in an impossibly short amount of time, and instances when masses of people remember events that did not occur in this timeline. This latter phenomenon is known as the Mandela Effect. She believes that these events cannot simply be attributed to faulty memory.

Nature's Message Now
A Request to Care

28 Aug 2020
With Red Flag warnings of possibly imminent evacuation, this month provides opportunities to hear Nature's message to us now. I'm so grateful we got our coastal fog back, and that people joined in to send love and visions of cool air and gentle breezes when I sent out a message on social media (after hearing from so many people checking in on me) that we had been put on emergency evacuation notice here. We were surrounded by fires burning out of control, without adequate firefighters to deal with the situation, and more dry lightning storms predicted last weekend. And now here where I am there is damp fog today, like yesterday, with our redwood trees dripping rain in the garden as usual, thank goodness. This past year, a second redwood tree near the border of our property reached out to me and asked me to adopt it. This came to my attention in the form of a weakened branch falling at my feet one day, when I was standing in my garden about 10-15 feet away from the base of that tree. The branch was dry and the needles on it were brown, and it had dropped to my feet so suddenly and with such precision (landing just exactly in front of me, as I'd just walked to that spot) that it was evident to me that this redwood sought my full attention. I looked up at the redwood and asked (in my heart and mind), "What do you wish to tell me?" and that was when I could clearly sense it asking my mind and heart, "Will you care for me?" I was so surprised and of course said "Yes!" in a heartbeat, and have been giving it love and energy and water ever since. I felt a bit silly that I'd so long (over 30 years) been assuming that redwood belonged to the person who owned the neighboring property." Obviously the tree is sentient, and obviously (to me anyway) it's health was at risk, and it knows that by connecting to me who will greet and love it every single day that I live here it can quickly come back into balance and health, which it is. This is not something I could explain to the neighboring property owners, nor expect them to do; and besides, the redwood tree specifically made this request to me. I see that I'm there with it every day, and others are not, though my rational mind did raise these thoughts, as you see!

Cynthia Sue Larson hosts a panel session at IMEC2020 with 'IMEC Ladies View': Regina Meredith, Jan Engels-Smith, Nicole DeMario and Eileen Colts. This special conversation is as uplifting as it is inspirational and entertaining. Some of the topics covered include: the challenges of playing trivia games when you are Mandela Effect affected; the value of asking questions and letting go; maintaining a positive perspective; whether or not we need to feel we have a purpose in life; thoughts on multiple personality (which is not necessarily always a disorder) and the Mandela Effect; feelings about non-affected individuals and the notion of non-player characters; being in the "is-ness" where the magic is; how the glue underneath everything may be that simple state of coherence that we call love; and making a choice to enter into awareness of unity consciousness.

(3) Your Reality Shift Stories

Many shifts, and lost earring returns
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

So I am one of the people who thought Nelson Mandela died in prison. In addition, I also remember a story that in fact, he was murdered, and, it was his wife who ordered the murder! I also vividly remember seeing her picture as she was being led from her home in handcuffs at the time of her arrest! I distinctly remember feeling sickened by it at the time. I was completely shocked when suddenly, there he was alive! Coming out of prison and going home to be reunited with his wife! I also remember the books "Berenstain Bears" as being "The Berenstein Bears." At one point in my life, I worked at a bookstore in Canada called "Indigo Books," (much like "Barnes and Noble" in the USA). I worked in the kids' section, organizing and adding new products on a regular basis and I was always tidying up the "Berenstain Bear" shelf. They were popular and consequently, the shelf was always messy and disorganized. I absolutely remember the books as the "Berenstein Bears." I mean during the time I worked there, I shelved dozens of those books and I remember the name quite clearly. Again, I was shocked to see that they are now called "Berenstain Bears". I remember the Wicked StepMother line in "Snow White" as "Mirror, Mirror on the wall" rather than "Magic Mirror on the wall." When I first heard you speak of this I checked it out for myself and saw that it had been changed, but recently I was either watching a show or listening to an audiobook, and heard the line referenced, only this time it was back to "Mirror, Mirror on the wall"! There is a huge park in Edmonton that I often go to walk my dog, Arrow. One day not long ago, my boyfriend and I went together, and as we left the parking lot and headed out toward the trails I glanced off to my right and noticed that 3 art installations had appeared. They were the kind of thing that kids could climb and play on and looked fun. I said to my boyfriend something like, "Oh, those are new, I wonder when they put them up?" and he said, "Oh those have been there forever, like from the 80's." The 80's? What? Again I was shocked. I had never seen them before that moment and as I said, I am at the park often. A few months ago, I lost an earring. This is not an unusual occurrence, for some reason, I am always losing earrings and have done since I got them pierced when I was fifteen. They have literally fallen out of my ears with no warning, even with a good clasp. Earrings seem determined to leave me! This earring that disappeared was special to me because they had belonged to my mother. For a few days I searched everywhere I could think of before finally chalking it up to my usual earring experience, only to wake up one morning and there it was, intact, lying by itself in the middle of my bedroom floor! I'm sure I have more stories but I can't think of them right now. Maybe down the road, I'll have more to relate, but for now, I want to say how grateful I am for the work you're doing! It validates so much of what I know to be true from my own experiences. It helps me remember that everything can be shifted, that nothing is static, that change is possible, no matter what has happened or is happening. As you say, and as I am teaching myself to say. "How good can it get!"

Note from Cynthia: Wow, that's amazing that you remember a reality in which Nelson Mandela was murdered--and it was thought that his wife had ordered the murder--good heavens! I'm relieved that you were able to see Mandela set free, and released from prison to go home to his wife, as confusing as that must have also seemed to you at the time. I love how you have work-related memories of organizing the "Berenstein" Bear book shelves on numerous occasions, with such familiarity with this particularly popular children's book series that you took note of how that family of bears spelled their names. That's fascinating that you've recently heard someone saying, "Mirror, mirror on the wall." I've seen there is a new TV advertisement that uses that familiar line that is now absent from the Disney Snow White movie, and apparently other programs also remember that line the way so many of the rest of us do, too. I love how you've witnessed new-to-you playground structures at a park you visit regularly--that's very cool! And it's not altogether surprising that your boyfriend considered them to have been there for decades; when I first started experiencing reality shifts and personal Mandela Effects, I often wished others would have also noticed similar changes to the ones I was witnessing. Over time, I've found that it does seem that people are collectively experiencing more and more of these shifts together, rather than only on an individual basis, as was mostly the case for me in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s. I'm so glad you found your very special missing earring that had belonged to your mother!

Sleeping longer than what clocks indicate

Throughout my life, I have been sleeping longer than what clocks indicate. It's been such a lifelong situation that I've wondered, how does one explain to Loved Ones that my overnight naps are enough for my nighttime sleep?! Here's the proof I was talking about, of sleeping more hours than clock shows. In both screenshots, look at top right for cell phone clock time (for going to sleep & for awakening). Then compare that length of time with how far along I'm in the playlist. The length of each video in playlist is as follows: 1 vid is 00:25:43; 2 vid is 01:00:01; 3 vid is 09:09:10. I went to sleep 1:54am and started at beginning of first video in my playlist; and then I woke up at 3:30am and noticed that I was in third video of playlist at minute 06:18:22 So, the playlist shows I slept almost seven and a half hours (25:43 + 1:00:01 + 06:18:22). I play my SleepTime playlist at normal speed (not double speed); the clock shows I only slept one and a half! What happens when YOU do this?

Note from Cynthia: Your experience of seeing clear evidence that your sleep time was far less than the videos rolling by would suggest is marvelous, and reminds me of many of the most commonly reported reality shifts over the more than 20 years I've been documenting them of people "driving farther in less time." I love how you have some kind of documentation of what you experienced, both with your cell phone showing when you went inactive and reactive (asleep and awake), and also showing the length of the videos that rolled by in that time frame. People who've noticed time anomalies while driving often know for sure something unusual has occurred because they compare the distance traveled at their average speed with the actual elapsed time, and that's where they say things like, "I would have had to have been speeding at something like 120 miles per hour the whole time, and I wasn't speeding!" Such experiences thus definitely do qualify as reality shifts and quantum jumps. And these kinds of time anomalies are some of the most commonly experienced reality shifts--right up there with objects appearing and disappearing and reappearing! This is so cool that you took screen shots of the videos---and it goes without saying, that you had not changed the YouTube settings to something like "double speed," but rather the videos were playing at the normal time setting.

Haas, Black Tom, Hooligan Navy, Statue of Liberty
Northern California, USA

Just wanted to share my shock to see the old spelling of Haas avocados on this digital coupon I saw today. Twice on the screen it is spelled, "Haas," and twice on the same screen it is spelled, "Hass." This seemed to change as I was looking up how to capture a screen and maneuvering back between different screens. The little back story is that Haas avocado's name change was a real Mandela game changer for me. I wasn't completely sure about Nelson Mandela's death or about the Berenstein Bears, or the usual Mandela effects I learned about when I first looked at the topic several years ago. (And I subscribed to your channel back then!) But in the last year, I had a strange experience with avocados. I am from Northern California, my mother always had avocados ripening on top of the refrigerator. We cut them in half, removed the pit (some we placed in jars to grow on the window sill) we left the halves with the peel on, salted them, and ate them with a spoon right out of the skin. We often remarked at their proper name, the Haas avocado. Also, until recently I was a professional grocery shopper for many years, I spent all day fulfilling grocery orders at a Kroger store. I saw the name "Haas" on the avocado bins several times a day for years. One night several months ago,  I was looking for a video to watch before going to bed and I chose a documentary series on Netflix titled, "Rotten," which is a series about different food production and distribution.  I only watched one episode, it featured avocados and it explained where the Haas avocado came from and how it became so popular in stores. It also explained where the Haas name originated, and I thought to myself, "so that's where that name comes from."  The very next day, I was looking at something on youtube and I ran across the Quantum Businessman. I learned something about the Haas avocado being spelled Hass now.  What? I'd just watched that episode about Haas the night before! What?! I google searched the spelling, and found only Hass, checked Wikipedia even, and went back to the Netflix episode. It was all spelled Hass. Everywhere. I thought I was going to pass out. I went to my store where I was employed, and it was spelled Hass on every bin and on the bag labels! This was very upsetting to me. I looked into other popular examples of ME and two more stood out for me. I climbed to the crown of the Statue of Liberty as a teenager in 1976. While waiting in line for the climb, an employee, like a park ranger, was chatting with those of us in line. It was a female employee, very nice and chatty and I remember this vividly. She said to us, "Gee you guys missed out.  You could have climbed all the way to the inside of the torch except that was shut down a year ago."  She described the climb and I was really relieved the torch was closed to visitors because I would not have wanted to climb it, so I had been spared the embarrassment of having to decline that adventure in front of my companions.  I can't overstate that I remember this vividly. The second one is actually several bundled together, all having to do with Naval History and the US Navy. I was active duty Navy for several years.  In training, back when I went through it, we had to go through a course on Naval History. There is no doubt in my mind the course would have covered the "Dazzle camouflage" and if it had I certainly would remember it. Likewise, there was no such thing as a German "Black Tom" explosion that damaged the Statue of Liberty, nor was there a "Hooligan Navy" mentioned in the course.  If nothing else, there would have been articles in the Stars and Stripes newspaper describing these fun and interesting facts about Naval History. Never. In my experience these things just never happened, there is no doubt in my mind they never occurred. So I am an ME believer whether I like it or not. Thanks again, Cynthia, for all that you do.

Note from Cynthia: Thanks so much for writing to share this with me--I love it! Wow, that really does sound shocking to see the old spelling of "Haas" avocados on a digital coupon--and then seen it as "Hass"--and then it switched back and forth again?! Amazing! I've noticed that over the many years that I've been observing reality shifts and Mandela Effects, I definitely am noticing more fluid and real-time flip-flops like this in more recent years than I saw in earlier years. While I've not had the opportunity to visit the Statue of Liberty, I distinctly remember that one of the most fascinating aspects of such a tourist visit was the chance to climb up high into the crown--and I thought I recalled hearing that people had also gone up into the torch part of the statue as well. I know this is a huge change for lots of people, with people surprised to hear that apparently it's not been allowed for anyone to climb up into the torch for the past century. Thanks so much for sharing your background having studied naval history as part of your training, as well as having received the kinds of publications that most certainly would have included such 'fun facts' as the Hooligan civilian navy during World War II; the Black Tom explosion of 1916 that was America's first terrorist attack on US soil; and dazzle camouflage used on ships during World War I.

Person transformed to someone completely different
Bothell, Washington, USA

These days I don't get out much, but it was so sunny on Friday that I went with my husband to the shopping center next door, and sat in the car while he went in. I was enjoying the sun and just sitting, when I got cued that I needed to be doing something else. I had observed a homeless person with a tan-ish colored jacket sitting in the distance during this time. I took a short walk around the car and then came back inside the car, deciding to text my friend while I was waiting for my husband to return from the store. In my distance vision while I was texting, I noticed some sort of activity going on where the homeless person was sitting, but I stayed focused on the texting. When I looked over, having completed the text, the person had changed. What I initially observed was a stooped over depressed man with a tan-ish colored jacket on.  When I looked over after texting, there was a young man eating his lunch dressed in fast food/service type clothing, he had a black shirt on with short sleeves.  His demeanor was different, he was perky, thoroughly enjoying his food. I was sitting at the far edge of the parking lot, where there were few vehicles, I would have noticed any activity in such an open area.  There were no other people sitting in that area, and there were no other people walking around in that area, either. (The picture is a long guard rail with small marshy green on the other side, bordering the two way vehicle lanes at the outer edge of the shopping center.  The person was sitting facing the marshy green on the long guard rail.) What really struck me was the keen difference in behavior and activity, it was a very noticeable difference. I was pretty awestruck by it all, its taken me a couple of days to let it sink in. I think this is the first time that I've experienced this particular form of reality shift.  As you know, there have been others. I am so glad that I can share this kind of story with you, I've been hearing about how timelines are jumping around, this one blows my mind.  Thank you so much for the good work you do on this planet at this time.

Note from Cynthia: Thanks so much for sharing this experience, noticing someone nearby transformed into someone completely different.  I like the way you describe how you noticed both physical differences and behavioral differences in the two people you observed, who'd been occupying the same place.  I've seen this kind of shift only on a few occasions so far.  One of my most recent experiences with this was when I was walking around my neighborhood a few years ago.  I remember looking at a group of people that were a few houses away from me down the street, and then looking away, and looking back. There was someone pushing a baby stroller, another adult, and a pet dog on a leash.  When I looked back, the group was quite different, yet there's no way they could have all left and had another group swap places with them in that brief a moment in time.  I stared at these people intently, wondering if somehow I'd just been confused, as this is such a startling variety of reality shift.

Screenless window now has a screen
Oxford, Massachusetts, USA

I told Deb that I experienced a reality shift.  About 8 years ago, we had new windows put in my daughters bedroom.  I was mad when I realized that one of the windows didn’t come with a screen (meaning we couldn’t leave that window open).  I even got in a fight with my ex-husband because he was supposed to order a screen and he never did. He moved out in 2012 and for the last few years, every time I have someone help me put the AC unit in, I let then know to put it in the window without the screen.  But this year…well, this year the window has a screen!!  I don’t know how it happened, but I’m so glad it did! Anyway, I thought you might appreciate the story.

Note from Cynthia: Oh wow--what a delightful reality shift you experienced this year with that screen that so helpfully arrived! I can just picture you providing the usual instruction to "just put the air conditioner in the window that doesn't have a screen," and then saying, "Wait. What?!?" That's so awesome that you've got that screen you'd been hoping for--what a wonderful gift!

(4) Mail Bag, Questions, and Answers

Hi, Cynthia,
I read with great pleasure all your newsletter and this one was no different. I just got wondering, on reading about all these shifts, if there is any daily activity or routine that we can incorporate as a practice in order to manifest our most beneficial reality. I mean, something beyond imagining that we are in our preferred reality. I am a "take action" sort of a person, and while meditation is a regular practice in my life, I strongly see that imagination backed with actual actions do help things along quite a bit. Apart from just acting "as if we are living our desired life", is there anything one can do specifically or physically, that would help us live our desired reality? Would appreciate your thoughts on this. Thanks again for this wonderful newsletter! Have a great day and stay safe!

Dear Kalpana,
Thanks for writing to me with the question about what we can do that would help us live our desired reality. When you're action-oriented, you'll benefit from finding activities that help you hold your vision for moving into the life you most wish to live, and also activities that help you feel the greatest sense of love, joy, gratitude and reverence in your life.  These activities will be unique to you--and not some formulaic recipe.  You'll know you've found the best activities for you when you feel uplifted, inspired, motivated, and with a sense of your heart bursting open with love.
lots of love and thanks,

Hi, Cynthia,
My question is, why do some people experience more reality shifts then others? Is is because those particular folks are more enlightened? Have a higher energy vibration that some how affects the multidimensional space time realm or some how affects those people on a quantum level which allows them to experience reality shifts more frequently? And is there a way for myself to better my chances of experiencing reality shifts on a more active level? Please let me know once you get a chance. I look forward to your correspondence on this matter. Thank you again for your time and insight into this very fascinating and life changing topic. God bless, be safe, have a great day and Happy Shifting.

Dear Mike,
This is a very good question.  There likely is more than one reason why some people notice and observe more reality shifts than others.  There are some characteristics correlated with reality shift and Mandela Effect experients.  Perhaps most notably, people who experience reality shifts consider themselves to be natural empaths, or highly empathetic.  On the Myers-Briggs personality test, experiencers are often "Intuitive Feelers," statistically speaking.  I suspect that one's ability to change perspective quickly plays a pivotal role in one's ability to experience reality shifts, and this could explain why empaths and Intuitive Feelers observe reality shifts more often than others.  It is possible to enhance one's empathy, such as by reading works of fiction (where you glean insights into how another thinks), or by conversing with people who seem different than you, and do your best to deeply listen and see the world through their point of view.  You can also commune with nature, and see the world through the point of view of a squirrel, a bird, or a tree.
With love and thanks,

Dear Cynthia,
What is your view and/or perhaps personal experience of sound as a healing tool or meditation aid? I don't know if you have already written about the subject, so pardon, but I value your opinion and would love to read your thoughts on sound as a whole.

Aura Healing Meditations
Dear Hans,
Yes, sound can assist tremendously with healing! The only meditation CD I’ve (so far) created is called “Aura Healing Meditations.” It is designed to be a healing tool and meditation aid. I have not written much about healing sounds, but I did write about the aura healing meditations here:
With love and thanks,

Dear Cynthia,
Can I ask how much variation a single life have. If there are endless realities could one have dozens of different spouses and families within a single lifetime?

Dear JF,
Yes, it seems plausible that nearly infinite possibilities exist for each of us, with respect to possible spouses and families. What we actually remember experiencing are just those possibilities that we sincerely most need, love, and desire. Those we feel most ambivalent about are also least memorable, and quite likely also least experienced.
With love and thanks,

Soul in the Storm
By Nancy Wagaman

Down-to-Earth practical tips for stress-free living through soulfulness

I love how "Soul in the Storm" immediately hits all the high notes I'd most wish to emphasize when I am communicating with someone who is grappling with how best to stay on a spiritual path, when it feels like the world is collapsing all around their shoulders. Humans are capable of going from surviving to thriving when we can better manage our responses to stress, and "Soul in the Storm" provides the best kind of balanced, helpful, positive, practical advice. Each chapter in "Soul in the Storm" is like a little gem. Reading just a few chapters 'randomly' (or in sequential form, if that's more your style) can provide a healing effect something like receiving a treatment from a skilled chiropractor, capable of masterfully resetting a person's equilibrium and balance with just a few well-selected, beautifully deft moves. I love how "Soul in the Storm" points out that yes, you are soul; yes, peace is present and already exists within you. So does love, and light. Awareness of our soulfulness can bring us instantly to a place of strength and acceptance, where we can be gentle, and caring while knowing we are perfectly and completely free. At this time in human history when so many of us can benefit from tips on reducing and managing stress, it's deliciously refreshing to find a book based in wisdom, capable of assisting us in finding and re-establishing our true center of being in our sense of soulful being. For those already on a spiritual path, this book will likely feel quite familiar, like a dear friend reminding us to stay on track with living our lives from a place of fearless loving kindness, with unconditional love for all concerned. For those new to such concepts, the practical, down-to-Earth ideas are clear and simple enough to provide just the right next steps to start noticing reduction in stress immediately. This book can provide excellent support and assistance, and is a marvelous companion to working with a therapist, especially when feeling overwhelmed or in need of professional care. Despite use of the word 'soul,' this book is not a religious book, but rather a book describing what the author and others have found to be real, trustworthy, and true. Highly recommended!
