The hundreds of first-hand accounts of reality shifts (aka:
mind-matter interaction MMI, quantum jumping, glitches in the Matrix) on
this and the following pages have been collected and shared through Cynthia
Sue Larson's RealityShifters since 1999. Special issues focusing on
particular types of reality shifts (such as: the Dead seen Alive Again,
Seeing Loved Ones Before They Arrive, Invisibility, Walking through Walls,
etc.) can be found by browsing through the RealityShifters
archives and subscribing to the (free) monthly ezine. Hundreds of stories
are reported here in this "Your RealityShifter Stories" section of this web
site, and the phenomenon is documented in the best-selling books, Reality Shifts: When Consciousness Changes the
Physical World, and Quantum Jumps: An Extraordinary Science of
Happiness and Prosperity.
Loan Application Changed from Denied to
Approved
Lynn
Missouri, USA
I just found out about you. I watched the IMEC 2020 on
YouTube and was so drawn to your style. I have downloaded Reality Shifts
and Quantum Jumps on Audible. I love them! I am new to the Mandela
effect and have been interested in learning about life for my whole life. I
have always felt different than many people. I literally was able to bend
reality recently when I was trying to help my 21 year old son apply for a
government small business loan for his fishing guide business. He had no
business for many months due to covid and just really needed some financial
help. I actually took pictures of this for some reason, maybe for proof
because I somehow knew he would get the needed money. I applied,
then waited a long while and then I finally got a email stating they needed
more information. I provided that and then it said "Denied" I said
out loud." I will not accept that; Percy has worked hard to build his
business and he is so young and needs help, I know he will get the money he
needs." I then hit the back button on my computer and resubmitted
the application. As if magic occurred I then got a screen saying,
"Submit for Processing." Then next screen showed, "Your application is
being processed." Then the next screen showed, 'Your application
has been approved." Wow this was just what he needed, and the
money has already been delivered to his account. I am so glad I took the
pictures of the screen when this happened. I explained to Percy that we
can control our reality more than we know, and we must think positive
thoughts about everything to manifest abundance! Anyhow, I have never
written to a author before but thought you may enjoy the story and the
realization that you have helped so many people with your attitude!
Note from Cynthia: Thanks so much for your beautiful email--I'm
so happy to hear from you, and so glad to know that you so appreciate my
books and work! I so appreciate hearing the excellent news about how you
managed to successfully help your son obtain a government small business
loan for his fishing guide business. What a great example this is
of recognizing when an answer shows up that does not meet your
requirements, you very clearly stated aloud that a denial of the loan
application was unacceptable; and hit the back button, and then
resubmitted. And Voila! Application approved! This is such
a perfect example for us to practice holding positive expectations, no
matter what. And often, we can--and do!-- witness real-time reality
shifts. Yes, positive thoughts truly make a huge, positive,
tangible difference!

Changing Song Lyrics
Aynne McAvoy, Palm Coast, Florida
https://www.facebook.com/Aynne-McAvoy-of-Golden-Trines-Psychic-Astrologer-Counselor-123863788521/
Speaking of mind boggling I had one of those odd events
happen today. I bought a book of 60's and 70's sheet music and I am going
through them slowly and enjoying each of them. I came across Tambourine
Man. My girlfriend and I were a singing and guitar playing duet in our
hometown area in the 60's and this was one of those songs we performed. I
was looking over the lyrics only to be amazed that the words in several
verses were different! There was also a very minor alteration in one of
the notes. That one note could be different may possibly be just my memory
after all these years, but I doubt this is a faulty memory with so many
words different in the verses. Before any performance we would practice
for hours until we could sing the songs in our song list forwards and
backwards. I've read about other people's experiences and their stories of
the Mandala effect, but up until now I had never noticed anything. This
was a WOW. If I hadn't been a member of your discussion group these many
years I would seriously be freaking out. This stuff makes you wonder about
your sanity. Thanks again for all you do. You ARE appreciated!
Note from Cynthia: Wow--I love your description of noticing song
lyrics changing to songs you've sung many, many times. These kinds
of changes definitely can seem either so seemingly mundane as to be "just
one of those things" (as Mary Rose Barrington referred to reality shifts),
or as you point out, they can truly rock our worlds. Especially
when we are witnessing changes to parts of our world we were certain used
to be very different than what we are seeing now.
Jar Lid Disappears
Gloria
Stockholm, Sweden
I have had a reality shift experience that I can't
understand. Maybe it is so new to me, and as I heard from many at the
conference, that one tries to find other explanations, or doubt oneself.
I mean I know of the "quantum weirdness," and I have been excited about it
for years, and I talk about it all the time with people—but when
it actually happens, it quite shakes your world. My experience happened
about two weeks before I wrote to you. So here it is. I was in my
kitchen, preparing some sort of liquid, and I had 2 jars in front of me
(one was full, and one was empty). I opened them and put their respective
lids just in front of each jar. I then transferred the liquid from one jar
into the empty one, and I washed out the just-emptied jar, to make a new
batch. I took out the ingredients for the new batch, and prepared the new
batch, and when I was ready, I put the lid on this one, and I was just
about to do the same with the other jar and lid, but the lid was NOT THERE!
I knew I had put both lids in front of each jar, but now only one lid was
there! I looked in every possible place in the kitchen it might be,
although I had not moved from the spot—but it was nowhere to be
found. And still today it's missing! At first I thought I lost my
marbles, in disbelief. But then I 500% just know I had put those two lids
in front of each jar. This is a first for me, but must be a reality shift,
don´t you think? I am an open person, and have never fit into any
conventional boxes, but I think one has to get used to these things, since
it it still shatters some beliefs.
Note from Cynthia: What a remarkable occurrence involving the lid
to the jar that vanished in your kitchen, right in front of you--without
anyone else around to have moved it. Yes, this does sound like a
reality shift, also known as a personal Mandela Effect, or what some
researchers call "JOTT" (just one of those things) or "DOP" (disappearing
object phenomenon). We are truly blessed to have newly arrived at a
point in human history where we can literally witness the significance of
such a seemingly simple occurrence as being a profound revelation of the
nature of reality itself.
Garden Variety Shift
Eric
Joplin, Missouri, USA
I stopped taking my supplement HQ on Sunday, at which time I
counted that there were exactly 8 pills left in the vial. I put the HQ
vial with my other supplements. And then I decided on Monday that I should
probably continue taking these supplements for a few more
days—but there was no vial. I searched several times, with no
luck. Tuesday morning, I saw the vial right where it was supposed to be!
However, it contained only 5 pills, not 8. I was certain there were
exactly 8 remaining when I put them up. I even remember that I had
calculated that would be enough for 1 loading dose of 4 days of standard
doses. The multiverse likes to play; I'm not sure why I accept what
happening. Everything regarding the five senses seems the same, yet
everything on the inside is completely different. It will take me a little
more time to adjust to the new “normal" (this word seems to not
be a valid word any longer). If I personally had continued taking the HQ
Sunday eve until Tuesday morning, I would have used exactly 3 doses. I
wonder if someone we both know in another place needed it and borrowed
these 3 doses? I hope I was of service. I have 3 pair of glasses, 3 sets
of keys, and so on. The cool thing about this shift is that exactly 3
pills were gone, which is the exact amount I would have used from time I
stopped, to the time I started back. All this time I just adjusted; I blew
it off as caused by my being absent-minded, which some of the time it is.
Even when I catch glimpses of a shift, I blamed that on my eyes being
tired. However, as described in Reality Shifts, shifts can happen
when a burst of anxiety is experienced. Many times I've witnessed that
things have had a habit of disappearing soon after a burst of anxiety.
Most of the time I find these lost items. One must learn to temper the
force, or you just might get shifted in a way you might not want to; a
serious but honest joke. If I only knew then what is becoming apparent
now. To me personally, this really changes everything.
Note from Cynthia: Thanks for sharing your garden variety shift
involving disappearing and mostly-reappearing supplements. That is
interesting, and you're so very right that this type of shift is the
bread-and-butter, garden variety type of reality shift. It's the
one that I've just learned has been given the name "jott" or "jottles" for
Just One of Those Things, by society of psychical researcher, Mary Rose
Barrington. And now I've also heard that Australian psychologist
Tony Jinks refers to such shifts as "Disappearing Object Phenomenon."
The typology I've been working with for more than 20 years and thousands of
first hand reports of personal Mandela Effects, also known as reality
shifts includes: Appearances, Disappearances, Transformations, and
Transportations, as well as Time Shifts (changes in the way we experience
time). These other researchers primarily focus on the first four
types, and somehow don't often include shifts of larger-than-a-breadbox
items, though certainly we've heard of many such things over the years. In
my view of things, there is no shift too small to be considered amazing,
for each and every one of them represents a glimpse of a more comprehensive
view of reality.
Street Name Change
Reynaldo
Boston, Massachusetts, USA
One day, about three months ago in April, 2020, I was
driving for Uber. One passenger asked me for a ride. In that ride, I had
to pass where I used to live for many years. When I got to the
street where I had traveled thousands of times, suddenly, it had a
different name (then it was Bowdoin Street), it was now Harvard Street. I
found it very, very odd. I asked the passenger if she was familiar with
that particular street, and she told me she had been living there for 15
years, and it had always been the same: “Harvard
Street.” The GPS was showing me the NEW street (Harvard
Street). At one intersection, I noticed the Bowdoin Street sign but,
nowhere else. Being aware of the Mandela Effect, I couldn't take this
event off my mind so, when I got home I looked up Bowdoin Street again, and
there it was. Harvard Street disappeared.
Note from Cynthia: Thank you so much for sharing your experience
with the street that changed its name to Harvard Street, and then back to
Bowdoin. While some cities do rename their streets, it is
strikingly noticeable to observe a change in street name back and forth in
a single day. And the clincher that helps one recognize this is a
genuine reality shift is when someone (your passenger) states that for the
past 15 years, this street where you used to live "has always been" the
same, "Harvard Street."
