The hundreds of first-hand accounts of reality shifts (aka:
mind-matter interaction MMI, quantum jumping, glitches in the Matrix) on
this and the following pages have been collected and shared through Cynthia
Sue Larson's RealityShifters since 1999. Special issues focusing on
particular types of reality shifts (such as: the Dead seen Alive Again,
Seeing Loved Ones Before They Arrive, Invisibility, Walking through Walls,
etc.) can be found by browsing through the RealityShifters
archives and subscribing to the (free) monthly ezine. Hundreds of stories
are reported here in this "Your RealityShifter Stories" section of this web
site, and the phenomenon is documented in the best-selling books, Reality Shifts: When Consciousness Changes the
Physical World, and Quantum Jumps: An Extraordinary Science of
Happiness and Prosperity.
I live in an apartment building, and run a gentle exercise
program for seniors. We use video exercises that I have downloaded from
the Internet onto my laptop. We plug this into a dumb, as supposed to
smart, TV. Note I said downloaded, because the room we are in has no wifi
capability. So when we watch them, they are downloaded copies, not live
stream, so there is no way anything on the downloaded copy can change. We
have been using the same prerecorded videos for several years now. In one
video, the instructor removes his watch, and tosses it out of sight of the
camera. He even rolls up his sleeves, and makes a comment about,
“If you have on long sleeves, push them up for ease of
movement.” We were unable to gather for exercises for almost 2
1/2 years, because of Covid. With restrictions lifted a few weeks ago, we
began the exercises again. The first week, we noticed no difference in the
video. By the second week, some of us noticed that the instructor had his
watch on through the whole video. Only half of the group remember when he
used to remove his watch at the beginning of the exercises. He does still
roll up his sleeves and makes the same comment, only he doesn't remove his
watch and toss it anymore! Are we actually experiencing a reality shift,
or are half of us crazy? And if so, which half of us is crazy? Thanks for
taking the time to read this. You might be interested to know that this
reality shift seems to be ongoing with this particular exercise program.
We have not viewed this video again for awhile. I shared with the group
about writing to you, so we decided to use this video today. At the
beginning of the video, there was an audible gasp in the room as he brought
his arm up, appeared to remove his watch and toss it to the side! Only as
he continued, we all noticed that his watch was still on his wrist and
stayed on through the whole video. Also he did not roll up his sleeves and
tell us to do the same at the beginning. About 5 minutes into the video,
he took a break and rolled up his sleeves. and told us to do the same. I
can't tell you how much fun it is to see the reactions of the group members
as this video keeps changing, while that is impossible! Last week when I
told the group about writing to you and trying to explain what Reality
Shifts are to them, they all looked at me like I had three heads. Today,
they were all doubting their own eyes and memories!
Note from Cynthia: Thanks so much for writing to me about your
experience with your observed changes to your oft-watched video. I'm
especially intrigued that the first week of watching that video after not
having seen it for two and a half years, you noticed no differences--but
the second week, some of you noticed the difference with the instructor no
longer removing his watch at the beginning of the exercises. This kind of
shared experience fits the description of classic reality shifts (and
Mandela Effects), where sometimes some people (not necessarily all people)
recall things differently than they now "have always been." So nobody's
crazy, and this is a well-documented phenomenon that I've been researching
now for over 20 years, with hundreds of first-hand reports of such
phenomena occurring around the world for people in all walks of life.
Thanks so much for sharing your observations with the group, as you
continue to witness amazing changes to that familiar exercise program
video! Reality shifts must usually be experienced first-hand in order for
a person to believe such things are possible--since our typical societal
assumptions are based on the idea that there exists an objective,
unchanging set of historical facts. It can be quite a shock to witness
changes to what we know had been true, and this initial shock can
eventually become part of a new sense of wonder and amazement!

I wanted to share again with you, and wow this is
awesome—yet, well, let me explain. Lol! Twelve to fourteen
years ago at a hair salon I used to go to, I lost an earring in the parking
lot, or the salon itself. I was sad, since it was gold and had been a
special gift to me. I thought, “Hopefully, whoever finds it
will realize it is gold, and keep it for them.” I saved the
other earring of the pair of earrings, and placed it in a drawer. Today I
was packing for the move, and I saw the jewelry box, and remembered the
story of how I lost the other half. Cynthia, they are both there. I do
not know how, but they are. Am I back in the past timeline? If so, that
was an excellent time. Or did the universe give it back? Whatever, I'm so
appreciative and thankful! I'm so happy, for it was the gift. It would
not matter if they were tin. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of that
gift! I’m so appreciative and amazed. A wonderful gift
indeed.
Note from Cynthia: Oh, wow, what a wonderful blessing to discover
the missing gold earring, lost more than a decade ago, is safely back with
its mate in your jewelry box in your drawer! This is something that
does sometimes occur, and yet, each and every time I hear of such a
miraculous reality shift, I am so deeply and profoundly moved. My
general feeling when such events happen for me is "no questions asked,"
with deepest gratitude that indeed, we seem to be living the answer to the
question, "How good can it get?"
Change in position of Appendix and Gall
Bladder
Sandy
Taos, New Mexico, USA
Have you talked about the appendix being attached to the
gall bladder. I worked in surgery in 1983, and I distinctly remember the
surgeon showing me the appendix attached to the gall bladder. And I
remember the surgeon saying we always take out the appendix with gall
bladder, because they are attached. I also learned this in my anatomy
classes. Now the appendix is nowhere near the gall bladder. Am I just
remembering this Incorrectly? This Mandela affect is really getting to me
because my appendix burst in 2006 and I wonder now with this upgraded body
if I now have a new appendix? I am going through the feelings of: do I
remember that wrong? And then I see myself standing in surgery in Lincoln
Nebraska at Brian Memorial Hospital in 1983 as a surgical tech student.
The doctor clearly showed me, and said, “We take out the
appendix with the gall bladder, because the appendix is attached on the
bottom-side of the gall bladder.” If you can imagine the
gallbladder as a circle, the appendix was attached, approximately at 20
degrees on the circle. It is so clear in my memory.
Note from Cynthia: Thanks for sharing your experience working in
the medical field, with such clear recollection of a surgeon showing you
the appendix attached to the gall bladder--which also matched what you'd
learned in Anatomy class. I vaguely recall something about the two
being related, but not a clear recollection. It certainly gets my
full attention that you had both classroom education and also direct
mentoring by a surgeon for this matter, so you have some significant anchor
memories. There have been numerous other physiological Mandela
Effects noted in recent years, including some people noting changes in
position of the heart and the kidneys, so it seems entirely plausible that
others may also remember the gall bladder and the appendix being positioned
differently than they currently are.
I remember Kenny Keene at my Middle School
Pam
Idaho, USA
I'm the one with weird accounts going on; and now I've got
another to share! Okay, so a long time ago in 1972, I moved to Emmett,
Idaho when I was 5 years old, with my parents. Life went on, and I ended
up at a little three-room schoolhouse for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. It was
called Central Mesa, and it was out in the country. We rode our horses to
school the last week of the school year. I was there for 7th and 8th
grade.
I recently posted my truck for sale on facebook, and a guy named Ken
contacted me, inquiring about my truck. So when we were messaging back and
forth the last day, I asked him if he was from Central Mesa, and he is!
But he did not remember me, so he wanted me to prove I'm from there; small
town stuff, right? So I named a few people, and that I remembered Kenny
Keene from 8th grade there, and his shaved head, and black leather jacket
that he always wore. And when we went out to play baseball, Kenny was
always short stop. Ken said, “Kenny never went to Central
Mesa.” And I remembered he did! So I called Kenny just a bit
ago, and asked him about Central Mesa and he said, “Nope! I
never went there.” I was shocked! I thought maybe Kenny had
gotten his head beat too many times to remember. Kenny and I always ran
into each other, as I've been a cook at several small diners he has eaten
at. I know we are good friends in another time. I totally remember him
being at Central Mesa, and he never was! You know who I'm talking about,
right? Kenny Keene, the world champion boxer. I just cannot believe I'm
mistaken!
Note from Cynthia: Wow, what an amazing experience! I've
talked with friends and family members who have sometimes had completely
different recollections of past events than mine, so I empathize with the
shock and surprise you felt upon hearing that other locals said there was
no way that your memory of knowing Kenny Keene in Central Mesa when you
were back in 8th grade could be true. And how interesting that you
kept running into Kenny here and there, and it seems like you're good
friends in another time. Wow! This is one of those interesting
kinds of experiences where I wonder if there's anyone else you could ask if
they remember any students from your old school, and see if they happen to
mention Kenny Keene, too. The interesting thing about Mandela
Effects and reality shifts like this is that sometimes you may find some
others who remember Kenny at your old school, too--even though there are
others and perhaps even the official records that suggest otherwise.
